Description
pH Up is a strong horticultural alkali used to raise the pH of water and nutrient solutions. Use with a pH meter, adding small amounts of pH Up to your solution and testing in between doses. The ideal pH for plants in hydroponic applications is 5.5-6.5.
pH is short for potential Hydrogen, indicating a substance’s acidity or alkalinity. A pH of 7 is neutral, values under 7 are acidic and those over 7 are alkali.
Handle with caution! Avoid contact with the skin and eyes! Will cause serious burns! Do not ingest. Do not mix with pH Down.
