Ready to start growing your own cannabis? The first step is germination, and one easy method is using cotton wool! Here's a step-by-step guide to get you started:

Begin by soaking your cannabis seeds in water for around 24 hours. This will help soften the outer shell and make it easier for the seedling to emerge.
Take a handful of cotton wool and dampen it with water. Place the cotton wool in a container, making sure it's not too tightly packed.
Spread your soaked cannabis seeds evenly over the cotton wool, making sure they're not touching.
Dampen another handful of cotton wool with water and place it on top of the seeds, again being careful not to pack it too tightly.
Put a lid on the container to keep the moisture in, and find a warm, dark place to store it. A cupboard or closet works well, with a temperature of around 20-25°C (68-77°F).
Check on your seeds every day and add water if needed to keep the cotton wool damp.
After a few days, your seeds should start to sprout! Once they do, it's time to plant them in soil.
Gently take each sprouted seed and plant it in soil, making sure the roots are facing downwards.
Cover the seed with soil and give it a little water to get started.
Keep the soil moist but not overwatered, and give your seedlings plenty of light to help them grow.
